About the Role

We are actively hiring solo CDL-A drivers to run over-the-road dry van freight for Western Flyer Xpress. This full-time OTR CDL-A Company Truck Driver position offers a strong, consistent freight base and well-planned routes designed to keep you moving and earning across the open road. Drivers can expect to be out 18 to 21 days per run, with pay set at $0.60 to $0.65 per mile depending on your driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a company tractor-trailer safely over the road on dry van lanes
• Transport freight reliably and on schedule across OTR and regional routes
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain your equipment
• Follow all DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards
• Keep accurate logs and communicate with dispatch throughout each haul

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A (Commercial Driver's License, Class A)
• Clean and safe driving record
• Comfortable running solo OTR with extended time out (18–21 days)
• Willingness to operate dry van equipment across OTR and regional lanes
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and on-time delivery
