About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Company Truck Driver with Western Flyer Xpress, you will pilot dry van freight across long-haul routes built to keep you moving and earning. This is a solo, full-time position based in Paradise, Cochise County, with over-the-road, dedicated dry van, and regional driving options available so you can match your route to your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and on schedule across OTR dry van lanes
• Transport and deliver dry van freight while protecting cargo integrity
• Plan for extended runs, typically staying out 18 to 21 days at a time
• Carry out thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Keep accurate logs and stay compliant with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers throughout each haul

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license in good standing
• Comfort and availability for over-the-road solo driving
• Willingness to remain out on the road for multi-week stretches
• A safety-first mindset and a clean, professional driving record
• Dependability and strong time-management on long-haul schedules

Pay

This role pays $0.60 to $0.65 per mile based on experience, with OTR dry van, over-the-road, and regional opportunities to choose from.
