As an OTR CDL-A Company Truck Driver with Western Flyer Xpress, you'll run solo across dry van lanes, hauling freight over the road on routes built around a strong, consistent freight base. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer safely on solo over-the-road (OTR) dry van assignments
• Deliver freight on time while following all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and records
• Plan trips efficiently to keep loads moving and meet delivery commitments
• Communicate with dispatch and support teams to keep routes running smoothly

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Willingness to run OTR with extended time on the road, typically 18–21 days out
• Clean driving record and a commitment to safe, professional operation
• Ability to work independently as a solo driver

Pay & Schedule

• Earn $0.60–$0.65 per mile, based on driving experience
• OTR dry van, OTR, and regional opportunities available
• Out approximately 18–21 days per cycle
