About the Role

As an OB Hospitalist locum in Ohio, you will deliver around-the-clock obstetric care at a 24-hour facility with a Level 1 trauma designation and a Level 4 labor and delivery unit. Coverage is needed for the window of August 7–10, with hands-on procedures forming part of the assignment. This position is based in Toledo, Cleveland County, and is not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, 24-hour labor and delivery (L&D) coverage at the hospital.
• Perform obstetric procedures required for the scope of the assignment.
• Support a high-acuity setting that includes a Level 1 trauma center and a Level 4 L&D unit.
• Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• An active Ohio (OH) medical license.
• Proficiency with the Epic EMR platform.
• Comfort working in a Level 1 trauma and Level 4 L&D environment.
