About the Role

As a CDL-A Lease Purchase Driver with Trekker, you'll move bulk materials and construction freight across designated routes while operating as the owner of your own growing trucking business. This is a lease purchase position built for entrepreneurial drivers who want more than a paycheck — they want equity in their work. You'll be part of a fast-paced, results-driven team where efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction drive everything we do.

What You'll Do

• Transport bulk materials and construction-related loads safely and on schedule
• Operate well-maintained, late-model equipment supplied through the lease purchase program
• Execute timely pickups and deliveries while meeting customer expectations
• Maintain full compliance with DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and safety standards
• Use Trekker's digital platform for dispatch communication, route management, and load documentation
• Collaborate with operations staff and fellow drivers in an agile, entrepreneurial environment

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Experience hauling bulk materials, flatbed, or construction freight preferred
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe, professional operation
• Comfortable with digital dispatch tools and electronic logging devices (ELD)
• Self-motivated, accountable mindset suited to an owner-operator lease model
• Strong time management and communication skills
