Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through community outreach and recruitment.
• Build partnerships with schools, businesses, and community organizations to expand Girl Scout presence.
• Launch new troops in underserved areas and support existing units.
• Engage with local communities to foster a supportive environment for girls' development.

What You Bring

• A deep commitment to empowering young women through leadership and community service.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in youth engagement, volunteer management, or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
