About This Position
We are seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cirrus Asset Management in Rowlett, Texas. As a key member of our property management family, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of multiple properties under our care. This role is full-time, on-site, with no remote options available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure properties are in optimal condition
- Handle emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Keep detailed records of all work performed and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate effectively with property managers, owners, and residents regarding maintenance needs and progress
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-site maintenance or a related field
- Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and software used in property maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site visits
