About This Position

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our Direct Sales channel team at loanDepot. As a Mortgage Sales CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers across all 50 states. This is a full-time position based in Troy, Alabama, requiring no remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to mortgage products and services
• Process loan applications efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
• Work closely with a team of seasoned mortgage professionals and lending officers
• Receive daily warm transfers from our call center agents for follow-up support

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
