About This Position

At loanDepot, our Direct Sales channel is the heart of who we are—a consumer direct marketing powerhouse dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers across all 50 states. Our direct lending team, made up of seasoned mortgage experts and home-grown Lending Officers, receives daily warm transfers from our call center agents.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assist in the training and development of new Loan Officers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Provide guidance and support to trainees, helping them navigate through the loan application process and customer interactions effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the direct sales team to understand market trends, customer needs, and product offerings.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Direct Sales channel by fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage lending or related field preferred but not required.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
