About the Role
As a Mobile Associate, you'll represent T-Mobile within our retail partner store, engaging customers and driving device and service sales. Working in our Store-in-Store model, you'll combine telecom expertise with direct customer interaction, serving one of the nation's most diverse and active markets in a role that bridges retail and mobile technology.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers on smartphone selection, service plans, and network coverage options
- Complete point-of-sale transactions and device activations
- Demonstrate T-Mobile products and explain plan features to drive informed purchasing decisions
- Provide bilingual Spanish-language customer support and sales assistance
- Maintain product displays and store conditions to support sales environment
- Achieve individual and team sales performance targets
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
- Fluent or conversational Spanish language ability (preferred)
