What You'll Do
- Deliver comprehensive patient care on a medical-surgical unit, managing patient assessments, monitoring, and response to clinical changes
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols and patient needs
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure positive outcomes
- Support patients and families through education, comfort measures, and compassionate communication
- Adapt quickly to unit workflows and contribute to a supportive team environment
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or ability to obtain one
- Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing or related acute-care settings
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility, reliability, and commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience with electronic health records systems
