About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician with Geisinger in Bloomsburg, you will perform and analyze laboratory tests that clinicians rely on to diagnose, treat, and monitor patients. This is a regular, full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week on a rotating shift, based on-site at Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital (this role is not remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical laboratory testing accurately and within established turnaround times.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain advanced laboratory instrumentation.
• Verify, document, and report test results while upholding quality standards.
• Follow safety, regulatory, and quality-control protocols throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate with care teams to support timely, dependable patient diagnostics.
• Work flexibly across rotating shifts to maintain continuous laboratory coverage.
