Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery is hiring a part-time Medical Assistant to join its patient-centered team in Fort Collins, CO — bringing compassionate clinical support to one of the most respected dermatology and aesthetic practices in Larimer County.

About the Role

As a part-time Medical Assistant at our Fort Collins location, you'll work alongside board-certified dermatologists and aesthetic providers to deliver the exceptional care our patients expect. This is a hands-on clinical role that blends strong interpersonal skills with procedural precision — ideal for a Medical Assistant who takes pride in both bedside manner and clinical accuracy.

What You'll Do

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready before each patient encounter
• Room patients, document chief complaints, and record accurate vital signs
• Assist providers during dermatological and cosmetic procedures
• Collect and update patient medical histories with attention to detail
• Deliver clear, empathetic patient education under provider direction
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support smooth patient flow through the clinic to minimize wait times and enhance the overall experience
• Uphold infection-control protocols and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated clinical skills appropriate to the Medical Assistant role — formal certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
• Outstanding customer service abilities with a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working at a steady pace in a busy outpatient setting
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn EHR systems
• Prior experience in dermatology or a specialty clinic is a plus, though not required
