Position Summary

We seek an experienced and innovative mechanical design engineer to lead high-visibility R&D projects within our Reactor Development Group.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Plasma-Enhanced CVD reactor equipment and other systems used in diamond growth and manufacture.
  • Manage multiple projects and teams with a proven track record of success.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on schedule and within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • A strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in semiconductor equipment design or similar high-tech manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple projects and teams.
  • An innovative mindset with a history of successful project outcomes.
  • Experience working within the constraints of strict quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
