About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Pflichtpraktikant / Werkstudent at Bloomwell Group GmbH. As part of our growing Health-Tech company, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and take on responsibilities in various areas including content creation, social media management, website updates, and event planning.

• Support in the planning, research, and creation of newsletters
• Research on medical, scientific, and industry-specific topics related to medicinal cannabis
• Writing and editing newsletter, website, and blog articles
• Create and edit simple graphics and visuals using tools like Figma
• Maintain and update website content
• Research current trends, competitors, and relevant marketing topics
• Contribute to the conception and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Participate in event planning and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and bring your own ideas for new formats and campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a wide range of tasks, from content creation to social media management. You will be expected to take on responsibilities quickly and independently, contributing to various projects while learning how marketing operates in a fast-growing Health-Tech company.
