About This Position

As the Marketing Insight Analyst, you'll transform performance data into strategic insight. Your analysis will reveal which initiatives are driving meaningful results, where investment should be focused, and how to optimise the complete marketing mix. This is a hands-on role offering direct influence over marketing decisions and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse marketing performance data across all channels and produce clear, actionable reports for stakeholders
• Build and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators aligned to business objectives
• Investigate performance trends and audience behaviour patterns to identify opportunities and potential risks
• Work with the marketing team to design experiments, interpret results, and implement evidence-based optimisations
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to marketing leadership regularly
• Assess current measurement systems and recommend improvements to data tracking and analysis capabilities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing analytics or related analytical roles, preferably within digital marketing or membership sectors
• Advanced expertise with Excel and familiarity with at least one analytics or data visualisation platform (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign mechanics, and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills—ability to translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for business audiences
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to analytical accuracy
• SQL or programming experience is valued but not required
