About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager at Boulder Housing Partners, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our affordable housing properties. Working within a collaborative team, you'll help ensure our residents have access to quality, well-maintained homes while supporting the broader mission of expanding affordable housing options throughout Boulder County and the surrounding region.
What You'll Do
- Address resident requests and concerns with professionalism and responsiveness
- Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with contractors and repair vendors
- Assist with lease administration, tenant onboarding, and community compliance matters
- Support rent collection and tenant account administration
- Maintain organized property files and ensure accurate documentation
- Foster positive relationships and engagement within our residential communities
