Manufacturing Supervisor

Role Overview

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll drive operational excellence on the production floor, managing teams, equipment, and processes to meet quality, safety, and output targets. This is a hands-on leadership position where your decisions directly impact product delivery and workplace safety for your team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop production team members, providing training, performance feedback, and coaching to build strong team capability
• Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and output metrics to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency targets
• Implement and maintain safety protocols, quality standards, and compliance procedures across all manufacturing operations
• Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct equipment maintenance oversight, troubleshoot operational issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed
• Track inventory, manage shift transitions, and communicate production status to management and adjacent departments

Requirements

• 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations (OSHA), and quality management systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop production team members
• Proficiency with manufacturing equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work shifts as needed, including potential overtime during peak production periods
