As a Porsche Master Technician at JP Euro, you'll diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues on Porsche vehicles and other premium European marques. You'll perform major and minor repairs, conduct thorough inspections, and ensure every vehicle meets our rigorous quality standards before it returns to the owner. This is a technical leadership role where your expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction and shop reputation.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing using OEM tools and advanced equipment
- Execute repairs on engine, transmission, suspension, braking, and electrical systems
- Conduct preventive maintenance and major service intervals
- Troubleshoot performance issues and verify repairs through road testing
- Document all work accurately and maintain detailed service records
- Collaborate with the shop team to meet customer commitments
- Stay current with manufacturer technical updates and repair procedures
