Position Summary
Amazon is currently seeking an experienced Manager - Real Estate to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting all property acquisition activities across Amazon's India (nationwide) (nationwide) Network. This position requires regular Pan-India (nationwide) (nationwide) travel and reports directly to the Regional Manager of Real Estate.
<h2-Core Duties- Support the India (nationwide) (nationwide) team in ensuring timely completion of new lease transactions.
- Conduct site visits, evaluate property conditions, and negotiate terms with landlords.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including legal teams, financial analysts, and real estate brokers.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for new properties.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate, preferably within the technology or e-commerce sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Able to travel frequently across India (nationwide) (nationwide).
