Manager, International Tax Compliance

What This Role Involves

In this position, you will oversee international tax compliance processes, ensuring that all tax filings meet regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. You will also manage a team of tax professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with international tax laws and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of global tax compliance strategies.
• Manage a team responsible for preparing and filing international tax returns.
• Ensure adherence to local and international tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to resolve tax-related issues.
• Provide guidance on tax implications of corporate transactions and operations.
• Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field is preferred.
• CPA, CTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience in tax compliance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in international tax law and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
