About the Role

You'll be responsible for the operational health of our multifamily properties in the West Milwaukee area. Every day, you'll apply your technical skills and problem-solving ability to keep buildings running smoothly—diagnosing issues before they escalate, performing repairs that matter, and maintaining the grounds and equipment our residents depend on. Your work directly impacts resident satisfaction and property value.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems in multifamily buildings
• Perform diagnostics on building equipment and installed systems to identify root causes and prevent failures
• Execute preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on residential units and common areas
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and external facilities in safe and presentable condition
• Service and repair maintenance equipment and vehicles used across assigned properties
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders with urgency and professionalism
• Keep accurate maintenance records and document all work completed

What We're Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential building maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose problems independently
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely
• Working knowledge of building systems, appliances, and mechanical equipment
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to excellent customer service
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties as needed
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
