Qualifications

• Hold a certified Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate, or carry a valid Repairman certificate.
• Demonstrated experience working with avionics systems in an aircraft maintenance environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to airworthiness and safety standards.
• Ability to lead a technical team and serve as a point of accountability for assigned work.
