Role Overview

NABRICO Marine Products is seeking a Machine Control Process Operator to join our team in the Caruthersville, MO barge manufacturing plant. As a leading U.S. manufacturer of barges for transporting dry and liquid cargoes on inland waterways, NABRICO focuses on precision and quality in its production processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate machine controls to manufacture tank barges that carry petroleum and other refined products, chemicals, fertilizers, and more.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and adjust machinery settings as necessary during the manufacturing process.
• Participate in quality control checks to ensure product meets company standards.
• Follow detailed instructions and work orders for efficient production runs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Machine Control Operator, Process Operator, or similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Aptitude for operating machinery and understanding of basic mechanical principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
