Participate in quality control checks to ensure product meets company standards. Follow detailed instructions and work orders for efficient production runs. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training in a related field is preferred. Previous experience as a Machine Control Operator, Process Operator, or similar role is beneficial but not mandatory. Aptitude for operating machinery and understanding of basic mechanical principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills for interacting with team members and supervisors.
