About This Position
We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on the first shift. In this role, you'll operate precision equipment that produces components for industrial enclosures, climate control systems, and power distribution solutions. This is hands-on manufacturing work where your focus on quality and safety directly impacts our customers worldwide. You'll work in a structured environment with clear processes and the support of experienced supervisors and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to specifications and standard operating procedures
