About the Role
As a CDL Class A Delivery Truck Driver with PFG Customized, you'll operate a Class A vehicle to move product safely and on schedule from our Diplomat Plaza, Allen County facility to customer locations. This is a full-time, on-site position built around a compressed four-day work week, with dispatch windows that typically fall between 11:00 PM and 4:00 AM — ideal for drivers who prefer overnight starts and longer weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive and operate a CDL Class A delivery truck across assigned routes from the Allen County facility.
- Load, transport, and deliver customer orders accurately and on time.
- Begin shifts during scheduled overnight dispatch windows (generally 11:00 PM–4:00 AM).
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all DOT and company safety standards.
- Provide professional, dependable service at each delivery stop.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A driver's license.
- Willingness to work an overnight dispatch schedule on a four-day work week.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and timely deliveries.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of loading and delivering product.
Compensation & Benefits
- Average annual earnings of $80,000–$89,000.
