About the Role
As an LPN in our facility, you'll provide direct patient care and support our nursing team in delivering safe, dignified care to senior residents. Working full-time day shifts, you'll be integral to our mission of serving seniors with commitment and compassion.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments under nursing supervision
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Provide direct patient care including hygiene, grooming, and comfort measures
- Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Support activities of daily living for our senior residents
What We're Looking For
- Current LPN license (South Dakota)
- Compassion and genuine commitment to senior care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work full-time day shifts reliably
