What This Role Involves

• Handling inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy
• Maintaining detailed records of inventory levels and stock movements
• Coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure smooth operations
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation as required

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure all logistics processes are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock control
• Support the team by providing administrative assistance where needed

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a structured and reliable administrator who has either already secured a role in logistics or is a recent graduate in this field. You should have:

• Experience in logistics operations, or relevant coursework if you are a graduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The capability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
