Due to a dramatic increase in workload, 2i Recruit Ltd is seeking a motivated and highly organised Graduate Administrator to join their busy recruitment team immediately. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain valuable commercial experience in a fast-paced office environment.
What You'll Do
- Gain exposure to all aspects of the recruitment process
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare reports and documentation as required
What You Bring
- A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with commercial experience preferred but not essential
- Motivated, organised, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently
