What You'll Do

• Perform orthopedic surgical procedures including joint reconstruction, fracture fixation, and arthroscopic interventions
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop comprehensive pre- and post-operative care plans
• Collaborate with OR staff, anesthesia teams, and nursing to ensure seamless surgical workflow
• Document patient care thoroughly and adhere to all clinical and regulatory standards
• Contribute to case reviews and quality improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree with active New York medical license
• Board certification or board eligibility in orthopedic surgery
• Minimum 3 years of post-residency orthopedic surgery experience
• Demonstrated surgical competence and independent clinical judgment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Comfort working in a locum tenens model
• Current BLS/CPR certification
