Local Contract Nurse RN – Intermediate Care

Trusted Resource Associates is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time contract position in intermediate care at Rock Hill, Grant Parish. This 13-week assignment begins July 27, 2026, offering overnight nursing work in a patient-focused healthcare setting where your clinical skills will be highly valued.

What This Role Involves

You'll deliver specialized nursing care in an intermediate care setting as part of a focused 13-week contract assignment. Working 36 hours weekly on overnight 12-hour shifts, you'll provide direct patient care and work closely with the facility's clinical team to deliver high-quality medical services to residents requiring intermediate-level medical attention and support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage patient medication schedules with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor vital signs and document patient health status in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to patient requests and address comfort and safety needs throughout your shift
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff on patient care coordination
• Maintain comprehensive nursing notes and ensure all documentation is current and compliant
• Provide patient education and emotional support to residents and their families
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical nursing procedures as ordered

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in intermediate care, acute care, or related nursing environments
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities
• Capability to work independently and effectively during overnight shifts
• Commitment to patient safety and compassionate, patient-centered care
• Proficiency with electronic health records systems and nursing technology
• Current CPR/BLS certification
