Join Amaggi as a Production Leader for our US-based fertilizer operations. In this full-time position, you'll oversee the complete production lifecycle—from receiving and processing raw materials through bagging, weighing, storage, and shipment—while leading a production team to achieve quality excellence and operational efficiency.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage all phases of fertilizer production at our US facility. You'll combine direct team supervision with operational oversight, maintaining rigorous quality standards while optimizing workflows to reduce waste and maximize productivity across receiving, mixing, packaging, and fulfillment operations.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise production staff through all stages of fertilizer manufacturing: material receiving, batch mixing, product bagging, precise weighing, warehouse management, and order processing
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members follow proper procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor daily production activities, identify process inefficiencies, and execute immediate corrective measures
• Create and manage receiving and shipping schedules to optimize production flow and meet delivery commitments
• Track quality metrics and performance benchmarks, investigating any deviations and implementing improvements
• Establish standard procedures and controls to minimize product losses and material waste
• Partner with management on process improvements and production planning initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in production management, operations leadership, or manufacturing supervision
• Proven success leading and developing production teams in a manufacturing or processing environment
• Solid grasp of quality assurance principles and ability to maintain consistent product standards
• Competence in scheduling, logistics coordination, and operational planning
• Detail-oriented approach with strong commitment to safety and efficiency
• Spanish or Portuguese language skills valued for our diverse team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in production or agriculture a plus
