About the Role
As a Licensed Therapist with LifeStance Health, you'll work directly with patients to assess mental health needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy. What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and psychosocial assessments
- Diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and treatment notes
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members to coordinate integrated care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Support patients in crisis situations with appropriate interventions and referrals
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCMH), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Delaware
- Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse populations
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional development
- Reliability and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
