About This Position
Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Mounds View, MN, dedicated to improving access to quality oral healthcare. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Hygienist to provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education in the community. This is a Part Time, Friday Only opportunity.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Assess patients' oral health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer preventive care such as fluoride varnish applications and dental sealants.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Offer patient education on proper oral hygiene practices and dietary habits.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Dental Hygienist who is committed to providing exceptional care in a community-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- A valid Minnesota dental hygienist license.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on preventive care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in patient education and community outreach is a plus.
