Position Summary

Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Hawley, Minnesota, dedicated to improving access to quality oral healthcare. We are seeking a full-time Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH) to provide patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education in the community.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures.
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and prepare treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
• Contribute to community outreach programs aimed at promoting oral health awareness.

Skills & Qualifications

• A current, valid Minnesota Licensed Dental Hygienist (LDH) license is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental hygiene practice preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
