What This Role Involves
We are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Fairmont, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion will make a real difference in the community. Pediatric experience is ideal for this role.
- Part-time position with flexibility of 18-36 hours on Monday and Tuesday, and Friday
- Clinic Hours: Monday & Tuesday: 7-5:30 PM
- Clinic Hours: Friday: 7-3:30 PM
What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the dentist with patient care, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring all procedures are performed in compliance with dental health standards. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assisting during dental procedures
- Cleaning and sterilizing instruments
- Processing patient records and insurance claims
- Providing a welcoming environment for patients
Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Licensed Dental Assistant in Minnesota
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
