The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental check-ups.
• Assist in patient care by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for procedures.
• Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• A current and active license as a Dental Hygienist in Minnesota is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of full-time clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, colleagues, and team members.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation practices.
