As a full-time Licensed Dental Hygienist, you will deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education at our private, non-profit center within a state-of-the-art facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and provide professional cleanings to patients of all ages.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Administer fluoride treatments, sealants, and other preventative procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred, but not required for exceptional candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Able to work independently while also contributing to the collaborative team environment.
