- Maintain extensive knowledge of drink menus and make knowledgeable recommendations tailored to guest preferences
- Ensure bar organization, equipment cleanliness, and proper stock levels throughout your shift
- Process orders and payments courteously and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate service flow and meet guest expectations
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and suggest service improvements to management
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a cocktail server or bartender in an upscale dining or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage options
