About the Role

As a Business Operations Associate at Aerotek, you will join the Operations Support Group and report directly to the Business Operations Supervisor. It is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in the Tempe, AZ corporate office serving the greater Guadalupe and Maricopa County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out core operational support tasks that ensure business processes run accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain, review, and process operational records and documentation with a high degree of precision.
• Partner with the Operations Support Group to resolve routine issues and uphold internal standards.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep workflows moving and information current.
• Support the Business Operations Supervisor on assignments that improve consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in repetitive, process-driven work.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for collaborating across departments.

Compensation

• Hourly pay of $21.63 (annualized at $45,000), non-negotiable.
• Quarterly bonus potential of up to $1,000.
