Role Overview

The Leitung Venture-Building-Fonds / Principal position at Bosch Group offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and growth within the company's venture capital arm. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Venturing, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investments in early-stage technology companies.

Core Duties

• Evaluate potential investment opportunities in startups focusing on cutting-edge technologies that align with Bosch's strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models to support the decision-making process for prospective investments.
• Build and maintain relationships with startup founders, investors, and other key stakeholders within the venture capital ecosystem.
• Contribute to the development of investment strategies and policies that enhance Bosch's position as a leader in innovation.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, with a focus on technology startups.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively present investment opportunities.
• A proven track record of successfully identifying and closing high-impact investments.
