The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team at Wan Bridge Group in Lake Dallas, Texas. As a key member of the leasing department, you will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both current and potential tenants.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the leasing process, including scheduling showings, processing applications, and negotiating lease terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants to enhance customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local housing regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property presentations to attract new tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including tenants, property managers, and other team members.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate leasing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with property management software is preferred but not required.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
