Position Summary
Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our team van truckload operations. This full-time role offers competitive pay and a flexible schedule with home time every three weeks. Drivers will operate dry van trailers on routes within all 48 states, handling 100% no-touch freight.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive dry van trailers for long-haul truckload operations
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently within the United States
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations
- Take advantage of our Team Pet Policy, allowing you to bring your pet on the road with you
- Earn up to 6¢ more per mile, in addition to hourly pay while on duty but not driving
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months CDL experience required
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to handle long-haul routes with home time every three weeks
- Valid CDL-A license is mandatory
- Prior truck driving experience preferred but not required
