Leasing Consultant

Cypressbrook Company is hiring a full-time Leasing Consultant in Corpus Christi, Nueces County to drive occupancy and build resident satisfaction at our multi-family apartment community. This is an on-site, hourly position (non-exempt) with overtime eligibility, where you'll be the first impression for prospective residents and a key driver of our leasing success.

About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant, you'll combine sales expertise with genuine hospitality to show, lease, and nurture relationships across our residential community. Your day-to-day focuses on converting interest into signed leases while creating the welcoming experience that makes residents choose our apartments.

What You'll Do

• Welcome prospective residents and conduct qualification conversations to identify their housing needs and timeline
• Showcase apartments, highlighting amenities, floor plans, and community features that match each prospect's priorities
• Complete leasing paperwork, process applications, and guide prospects through move-in
• Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and leasing activity
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualified renters to the community
• Build positive, ongoing relationships with current residents through excellent customer service and responsiveness
• Handle routine maintenance requests, lease questions, and resident concerns with professionalism
• Coordinate with the Property Manager, Leasing Director, or Regional Manager on occupancy goals and property operations
