Oracle Health Consulting is hiring a Lead Learning Consultant in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, to help shape the future of healthcare technology through one of the most ambitious electronic health record (EHR) modernization programs in the nation.

About the Role

As a Lead Learning Consultant – Electronic Health Records (EHR) Experience, you will join a rapidly expanding Oracle team that supports Federal customers undergoing a large-scale EHR transformation. This full-time, Baton Rouge-based position centers on designing, leading, and delivering training that empowers clinical and administrative users to adopt new health record systems with confidence. The role requires travel of up to 100 percent to meet customers wherever the work takes you.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and deliver engaging, hands-on training programs focused on electronic health record solutions.
• Guide Federal healthcare customers through the adoption of modernized EHR platforms.
• Tailor learning sessions to a range of clinical and operational audiences to maximize understanding and retention.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource throughout the EHR implementation and modernization journey.
• Travel up to 100 percent to deliver instruction and support at customer locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience facilitating and delivering training programs, ideally within healthcare or electronic health record environments.
• Strong understanding of EHR systems and the workflows of clinical end users.
• Confident, engaging communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 100 percent of the time.
• A collaborative mindset suited to a fast-growing consulting team supporting Federal customers.
