About the Role
As a Leadership & Success Mentor with GearUp2Success, you'll work directly with clients to foster confidence, accountability, and forward momentum. This is a hands-on position where your mentorship, strategic guidance, and authentic encouragement directly shape someone's trajectory. You'll build strong working relationships, identify strengths and growth areas, and collaborate on realistic plans that deliver results.
What You'll Do
- Assess each client's current situation, aspirations, and obstacles to design tailored development strategies
- Establish measurable milestones and provide structured coaching to keep clients on track
- Offer constructive feedback, encouragement, and perspective during critical decisions and transitions
- Monitor progress, adjust strategies as needed, and celebrate wins along the way
- Share relevant expertise and real-world insights to help clients navigate challenges
- Build trust through active listening, transparency, and consistent follow-through
