Leader in Training - Store 64 at Parker's Kitchen in Pooler, Chatham County is a full‑time opportunity for motivated individuals to build leadership expertise while supporting the Store Leader in overseeing gasoline, retail, and food‑service operations.

About the Role

This position serves as a developmental pipeline for future store management. You will work closely with the Store Leader to learn all facets of store performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and step in to lead the team when needed.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Store Leader with daily opening and closing procedures for fuel pumps, convenience items, and prepared‑food stations.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate deliveries to keep shelves and coolers stocked.
• Train and coach new crew members on customer service, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment by overseeing sanitation schedules and equipment upkeep.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold Parker's Kitchen’s reputation for quality.
• Prepare basic sales reports, track cash handling accuracy, and support end‑of‑day reconciliation.
• Cover for the Store Leader during absences, ensuring smooth shift transitions and consistent policy enforcement.

• Basic math proficiency for cash handling, inventory counts, and sales tracking.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in retail, food service, or convenience‑store environments is a plus.
