Role Overview

The Lead Logistic Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective logistics operations for Hanwha Ocean EPU’s diverse portfolio of projects. This full-time position requires a proactive approach to managing supply chains, coordinating with various stakeholders, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive logistics plans for project execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement in processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
• A strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools for inventory control and tracking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
