Position Summary

The Resourcing Coordinator at BDO South Africa is responsible for supporting the effective allocation and scheduling of audit professionals across client engagements. This role ensures that the right people are deployed to the right jobs at the right time, balancing business needs, individual development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the effective allocation and scheduling of audit professionals for various client engagements.
• Maintaining accurate resource plans to ensure efficient deployment of staff.
• Collaborating with team leaders and project managers to understand resource requirements and deliverables.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the accounting or audit industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software for resource planning.
